Job Summary
Provide individual, group, and family mental health services while traveling daily to deliver community-based support to youth and families. Coordinate and monitor clinical services including medication management and psychological care, then regularly review and modify youth-based plans. Establish strong relationships with foster parents and family members of origin to assist in reunification and stabilization efforts. Deliver safety assessments, crisis response, and behavioral stabilization services as required. Maintain compliance with organizational, contract, and regulatory standards throughout all community interactions.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
- LSW license-eligible
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable personal transportation
- Good driving record
- Minimum automobile insurance coverage of $100,000/$300,000 bodily injury liability
- A willingness to work flexible and non-traditional hours as needed
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years of work experience working in direct service with youth and families
