Job Summary
Control new patient flow and capture existing patients through quality customer care and sales of orthodontic treatments. Ensure new patients, parents, or guardians understand treatment plans, present service fees, and provide payment options while conveying a positive image of the practice. Work four days per week in Joplin and one day per week at Westrock Orthodontics in Nevada, MO. Requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the drive to meet sales goals.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to multitask
- Must have the drive to succeed in sales and to meet goals
- Excellent time management skills
- Must be able to work 4 days/per week in Joplin and 1 day/week at Westrock Orthodontics - 302 E Cherry St, Nevada, MO 64772
Desired Qualifications
- Must be an energetic individual with the ability to understand all aspects of the treatment plan and explain it to the patient
- Must have computer literacy
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be able to anticipate team and doctor needs
