Job Summary
Educate patients on orthodontic treatment options, explain payment options, and follow up to schedule consultations. Prepare patients for exams, coordinate referrals to specialists, assist in local store marketing and community events. Build rapport with patients, demonstrate strong sales and customer-service skills, and maintain positive relationships with patients and coworkers. Responsibilities include presenting treatment plans, educating on plans, managing financials, handling pending reports, and keeping schedules full.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum one (1) year experience in sales or other service industry required
- Bilingual a plus, but not required
- Ability build rapport with patients
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Excellent sales skills
- Ability to talk to a person, not at a person
