Treatment Coordinator

Treatment Coordinator responsible for welcoming patients and families, guiding orthodontic consultations, presenting treatment plans with clear financial options, educating patients on insurance benefits and payment options, and building trust to support treatment acceptance. Partners with the Orthodontist and clinical team to ensure a seamless transition from consultation to treatment start, follows up with patients, coordinates treatment starts and necessary paperwork, ensures HIPAA-compliant documentation, and maintains a welcoming, organized office. Full-time position with benefits including health, vision, dental, paid vacation/holidays/sick time, 401(k) with employer contribution, and a consistent schedule (no weekends) at an established orthodontic practice in Webster, MA. Prior sales experience is required; orthodontic/dental or treatment coordination experience is preferred.
