Job Summary
RN Treatment Coordinator responsible for delivering quality nursing skin-care to patients under medical direction, identifying and treating specific skin disorders, educating CNAs on proper positioning and skin care, evaluating patient needs through ongoing assessment and coordinating treatment plans with physicians and interdisciplinary care team (IDT), while maintaining patient rights, safety, confidentiality, and professional standards; requires strong customer service, teamwork, and adherence to Life Care policies.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited college or university
- Current active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the applicable state
- CPR certification upon hire or during orientation (and must remain current)
