Job Summary
Treatment Co-ordinator / Premium Sales executive role in Barnet, London area. Acts as the first point of contact for new patient enquiries via phone, email, web, and walk-ins; engages with patients to understand needs, introduce treatment options, and build trust; conducts face-to-face and virtual consultations, explains treatment plans, fees, and finance options; proactively follows up on enquiries and treatment plans to maximise conversion; supports patients throughout their treatment journey and coordinates with clinicians to translate clinical recommendations into personalised pathways; contributes to business development and practice growth; provides front-of-house and customer support as required. Requires experience in high-end sales or customer-focused roles, proven treatment-conversion and KPI-driven performance, strong negotiation and closing skills, exceptional communication, high organization, and IT/CRM proficiency; desirable experience in premium private healthcare or dental sectors; benefits include DBS, referral schemes, modern practices, and competitive salary based on experience.
Required Qualifications
