Treatment Coordinator - Periodontics

Job Summary
Treat patients as the primary point of contact from first call through treatment completion, coordinating the periodontist’s schedule, managing patient communication, updating insurance/demographic data, providing treatment cost estimates and collecting financial responsibility, and collaborating with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow. Clearly explain treatment options, steps, and costs to patients, coordinate communication with referring offices, and maintain HIPAA compliance. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of customer service experience (medical or dental preferred); dental terminology knowledge or willingness to learn; strong organization and communication skills; and basic office/computer skills. The role supports a full-time schedule (Monday–Friday) at Corey + Then Periodontics & Dental Implants in Portland, ME, offering a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
