Job Summary
Manage patients through the full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance at our dental offices. Communicate financial planning and available options based on proposed treatments, leading patients from their first appointment to a healthy smile. You will successfully present treatment plans and discuss service costs while maintaining operational and clinical excellence. Prior experience presenting treatment plans and going over costs is preferred. Full-time, 40-hour schedule available. Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years front office experience in a medical environment
- Computer literate
Desired Qualifications
- QSI/Denticon experience
- Bilingual
- Previous experience presenting Treatment Plans and going over costs of services
