Job Summary
Treatment Coordinator role responsibilities include preparing, presenting, and scheduling dental treatment plans; verifying insurance coverage; entering ICD-10, CDT, and CPT codes; setting up financial arrangements; and collecting payments. Will act as liaison for patients, work with surgeons to create treatment options that meet patient and practice needs, and present financing options. Emphasis on insurance verification, billing/insurance processing, and a strong sales orientation for consultative/patient-relations-based engagement. Role requires collaboration with dental team, focus on patient care, and scheduling within a dental office setting.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in dental
- A strong background in sales — particularly consultative or relationship-based sales — is highly valued and essential to success in this role.
