Job Summary
Conduct insurance verification, schedule appointments, review treatment plans with patients, and apply payments to patient ledgers. Apply patient and insurance payments to patient ledgers while utilizing Dentrix software. Requires 2+ years of experience in a dental front office; bilingual in Spanish is preferred to communicate with the whole community. This role supports our mission to provide exceptional dental care to children in North Atlanta.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a dental front office, specifically with insurance verification, scheduling, reviewing treatment plans with patients, and applying patient and insurance payments to patient ledgers
- Knowledge of Dentrix software
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish
