Treatment Coordinator - Landmark Dental Centre

Serve as the main point of contact for patients by explaining treatment plans, procedures, costs, and financing options while building strong relationships to encourage treatment acceptance and retention. Support treatment planning by coordinating appointments and follow-ups with the clinical and administrative staff, presenting costs, collecting payments, processing insurance claims, and assisting with payment plans. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure smooth scheduling to optimize chair time, all while upholding privacy, ethical, and regulatory standards. This role requires previous clinical experience as a Treatment/Scheduling Coordinator, knowledge of dental treatment plans, and experience with dental software programs. Work 32 hours per week (4 days) at a rate of $30-$36/hour in Kelowna.
