Convert presented treatment into scheduled appointments and lead financial conversations with confidence and empathy. Follow up on unscheduled treatment plans within 24 hours, reactivating overdue patients to rebuild momentum and help maintain a full, productive schedule. Coordinate closely with the doctor and clinical team while maintaining organized follow-up documentation and patient records. Work directly in a privately owned practice where ownership is valued, performance is rewarded, and your impact is visible each day.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a sales, financial, or treatment coordination role
- Comfortable presenting costs ranging from hundreds to tens of thousands of dollars
- Detail-oriented and consistent with follow-up documentation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow-up calls, in-office consultations, reactivation outreach, and schedule coordination
