Treatment Coordinator

Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, conduct initial consultations to discuss procedures and costs, and act as the liaison between the dentist and patient. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and follow-up communications while discussing financial and insurance options. Routinely follow up with patients throughout treatment, update education materials, and maintain patient information in the data system in compliance with privacy regulations. This role supports Triad Orthodontics' mission to provide high-quality, kid-friendly dental care to children regardless of family income.
