Job Summary
Execute a 5-star patient experience by providing empathic education, presenting financing options, and addressing patient questions regarding treatment plans. Streamline visits by preparing Smile Road Maps, pulling insurance, initiating paperwork, and processing payments. Assist the Patient Concierge with recalls, verification, and scheduling for new patients, recalls, and emergencies. Maintain lobby cleanliness, support clinic operations as assigned, and participate in community outreach. Bilingual (English/Spanish) and RDA certification highly preferred. Requires minimum 1 year dental office or patient care experience. Full-time, five days a week including alternating Saturdays with two mandatory Saturdays monthly. Pay $18.00-$22.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of patient care or customer service experience
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including data entry
- Reliable transportation
- Availability to work clinic hours, including Saturdays
- Two Saturdays a month are mandatory for all team members
