Job Summary
Manage patients through the full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance by successfully communicating financial planning and available options based on proposed treatments. Lead patients from their first appointment to their last to ensure a happy and healthy smile. This role requires a minimum of one to two years of front office experience in a medical environment, computer literacy, and is available for full-time or part-time positions at our Moreno Valley location.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years front office experience in a medical environment
- Computer literate
Desired Qualifications
- QSI/Denticon experience
- Bilingual
- Previous experience presenting Treatment Plans and going over costs of services
