Job Summary
Manage patients through the full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance. Communicate financial planning and available options based on proposed treatments, guiding patients from their first appointment to final acceptance. Lead the team in presenting treatment plans and discussing service costs. Requires 1–2 years of front office experience in a medical environment, computer literacy, and bilingual skills preferred. Full-time, 40-hour schedule available at Gentle Dental Skyline in Salem, OR.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years front office experience in a medical environment
- Computer literate
Desired Qualifications
- QSI/Denticon experience
- Bilingual
- Previous experience presenting Treatment Plans and going over costs of services
