Treatment Coordinator

Manage patients through the full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance at Gentle Dental Flamingo. Successfully communicate financial planning and available options based on proposed treatments, leading patients from their first appointment to a healthy smile. Coordinate care while ensuring operational and clinical excellence across the office. Requires 1 to 2 years of front office experience in a medical environment, computer literacy, and preferred experience presenting treatment plans. Full-time, 40-hour schedule with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401k.
