Job Summary
Manage patients through the full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance by communicating financial planning and available options based on proposed treatments. Lead patients from their first appointment to the final visit, ensuring they understand service costs and treatment plans. Requires 1–2 years of front office experience in a medical environment, computer literacy, and preferred bilingual skills or prior treatment plan presentation experience. Full-time, 40-hour schedule at Gentle Dental Grossmont in La Mesa, CA.
