Job Summary
Manage patients through the full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance at Gentle Dental Reno Northwest. Successfully communicate financial planning and available options based on proposed treatments, leading patients from their first appointment to a healthy smile. Coordinate care while ensuring operational and clinical excellence in our integrated oral healthcare services. Full-time, 40-hour schedule available. Prior front office experience and computer literacy are required.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years front office experience in a medical environment
- Computer literate
Desired Qualifications
- QSI/Denticon experience
- Bilingual
- Previous experience presenting Treatment Plans and going over costs of services
