Job Summary
Manage patients through the full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance. Communicate financial planning and available options based on proposed treatments, leading patients from their first appointment to a happy and healthy smile. Present treatment plans and discuss service costs, utilizing QSI or Denticon systems. Requires 1–2 years of front office experience in a medical environment, computer literacy, and bilingual skills are a plus. Full-time, 40-hour schedule at Blue Oak Dental Roseville.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years front office experience in a medical environment
- Computer literate

- Previous experience presenting Treatment Plans and going over costs of services
