Job Summary
Manage patients through the full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance by successfully communicating financial planning and available options based on proposed treatments. Lead patients from their first appointment to the last to ensure a happy and healthy smile. Requires 1–2 years of front office experience in a medical environment, computer literacy, and preferred experience presenting treatment plans and discussing service costs. Full-time, 40-hour schedule at Gentle Dental Northpointe in Lynnwood, WA.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years front office experience in a medical environment
- Computer literate
Desired Qualifications
- QSI/Denticon experience
- Bilingual
- Previous experience presenting Treatment Plans and going over costs of services
