Job Summary
Manage patients through the full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance by communicating financial planning and presenting available treatment options. Lead patients from their first appointment to final treatment acceptance while successfully discussing costs and service details. Requires a minimum of one to two years of front office experience in a medical environment, with computer literacy and QSI/Denticon experience preferred. Bilingual candidates are a plus, as is prior experience presenting treatment plans. Full-time, 40-hour schedule available at Gentle Dental Palo Alto.
