Job Summary
Treatment Coordinator at ERC Pathlight, responsible for greeting and assisting patients and families, coordinating admissions and transitions across levels of care, providing administrative support to treatment teams, and ensuring timely completion of treatment plan assessments and patient engagement surveys. Duties include welcoming visitors, handling confidential statements, issuing vendor badges, answering phones, scheduling spaces, coordinating transportation, and coordinating outside medical appointments; requires high school diploma or GED (preferred Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or related field). Schedule: Full Time; Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. Locations: TX-Plano Legacy; TX-Plano Legacy.
