Treatment Coordinator

Treat patients with a welcoming, high-touch experience from onboarding through treatment completion. Responsibilities include inbound inquiry management, directing the new patient lifecycle, presenting and educating treatment plans, verifying insurance, maximizing benefits, and outlining and collecting payment options. Maintain a 95%+ collections rate, process initial down payments and recurring fees, and advise on third-party financing. Enforce practice payment policies, perform follow-up on unscheduled or outstanding treatment plans, and support practice growth through cross-functional collaboration and marketing campaigns.
