Job Summary
Treatment Coordinator at Axiom Dentistry in Benson, NC: serve as the first point of contact for patients, discuss treatment plans and insurance, schedule appointments, manage daily schedule, handle patient balances and payments, prepare radiographs, lab cases, and paperwork, verify insurance, and provide administrative support. Coordinate preauthorization with insurers and ensure all records and clearances are updated prior to appointments; maintain patient files and assist with ongoing care coordination.
Required Qualifications
- Two years of dental experience preferred
- Dental Insurance knowledge required
- Bilingual, preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong phone and scheduling skills
