Job Summary
Coordinate the treatment plan to work for both the patient and the dental office by assisting the doctor in ensuring patients understand and accept recommended treatments. Serve as the liaison between patients and dentists to educate them on oral health needs, while managing accounts and maintaining professional, timely correspondence. Utilize experience with Dentrix, Eaglesoft, and other dental software alongside knowledge of CareCredit and patient financing solutions to support the team. Requires 2+ years of dental experience and open availability for on-call rotations.
