Treatment Advocate (Friday, Saturday, Sunday 7pm-7am)

Job Summary
Welcome new patients, conduct belongings searches, and perform safety rounds while observing client activities and behavior. Coordinate daily schedules including treatment meetings and behavior interventions, then support group, individual, and family counseling services. Drive company vehicles to transport clients and visitors, loading/unloading baggage and answering orientation questions. Intervene in crisis situations to deescalate conflicts and report safety concerns to Clinical Manager. Ensure all documentation meets contract, licensure, and accreditation standards while communicating with departments to support outpatient and inpatient adult populations. Work Friday through Sunday from 7pm to 7am, making overnight drives and extended trips as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required from an accredited institution
- Valid Driver's License required with insurable driving record
- Working knowledge of vehicle safety and control systems
- Must be able to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and flexible hours
Desired Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred in Behavioral Sciences (social sciences, human services, counseling or psychology)
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a behavioral healthcare field preferred
- Knowledge of utilizing electronic health record software and documentation preferred
- Ability to read, write and interpret written information, type documentation, present information to groups and participate in meetings
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
