Job Summary
Hands-on Treating Engineer Helper supporting the manufacture, processing, and handling of lumber and round stock. Assist in changing treatment charges, inspect materials for conformance, move and store charges, and perform duties across Inspector, Machine Operator, and general Laborer roles as needed. Operate material handling equipment, assist with loading railroad cars and trucks, perform regular inventory counts, maintain a safe and organized yard, and participate in Stella-Jones safety programs. Emphasis on reliability, mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, versatility, and a proactive safety mindset.
