Treasury & Wealth Operations Officer

Treasury & Wealth Operations Officer responsible for FX settlement, Money Market, Derivative instruments, fixed income (Surat Berharga/Obligasi), and mutual funds (Reksadana); ensure accurate and timely processing according to procedures. Supports Treasury & Wealth Operations Manager in system and product development, participates in special projects, performs reconciliations, assesses document reasonableness for FX underlying in Rupiah, ensures trade confirmations are sent to clients, and supports internal/external/regulator reporting. Maintains data in Murex, participates in RRSA, RCSA, KRI, BCP activities, coordinates reporting of losses (RLED) and Breach Report, and monitors Treasury, Reksadana, and Bancassurance products within CHM. Contributes to process design for new products, monitors related parties, cancels/late deals, counterparty SSI, and ensures proper telephone recording in Treasury operations; conducts process analyses and supports the organization’s three lines of defence.
