Treasury Transaction Reporting Analyst

Job Summary

Manage daily transaction reporting and controls across EMIR, MiFIR, and SFTR frameworks, monitoring and resolving reporting exceptions to maintain 100% compliance. Support the complete trade lifecycle for FX, Repo, Fixed Income, and OTC Derivatives while acting as the operational liaison between Treasury Front Office, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams. Balance day-to-day operations with regulatory change initiatives, driving process automation to minimize manual interventions and reduce operational risk. Identify inefficiencies and contribute to impact assessments and functional testing for evolving regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Substantial hands-on experience within Treasury Operations, Trade Support, or Regulatory Transaction Reporting in financial services or banking
  • Deep functional and technical knowledge of EMIR, MiFIR transaction reporting, and SFTR rules and reporting flows
  • Comprehensive understanding of the front-to-back trade lifecycle across Fixed Income, Repo, FX, and OTC Derivatives
  • Collaborative communication skills with a track record of effectively building relationships across Front Office, Risk, Finance, Compliance, and Legal
  • Demonstrable ability to balance BAU operations with regulatory change, functional system testing, or workflow automation initiatives
  • Meticulous attention to detail

  • Located within a commutable distance of one of our offices
  • Attend the office a minimum of 10 days a month

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience using Trade Repositories and reporting platforms such as UnaVista and DTCC
  • Working knowledge of Triresolve and other OSTTRA products
