Job Summary
Develop and expand business relationships through referrals, customer call programs, and community involvement while selling Treasury Management services to commercial and public sector clients. Execute account plans in partnership with Relationship Managers, sourcing independent treasury opportunities and coordinating the setup, pricing, and delivery of payment solutions. Analyze cash positions and flow to propose appropriate services, write proposals, and conduct quarterly training sessions on product changes. Manage comprehensive customer relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, and meet or exceed Treasury goals by directly selling First Interstate Bank business solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4-6 years experience in financial services
- Experience in treasury management
- Experience in business development
- Superior client relationship skills

- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills
- Strong industry and market expertise
- Detailed knowledge of the organization's products and services
- Proficiency in the use of personal computer systems, internet applications and electronic mail
- Proficiency in banking application software
- Proficiency in word processing software
- Proficiency in spreadsheet software
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
- Extensive understanding of business and financial fundamentals

- Computer spreadsheet skills
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages

- Regular and Predictable Attendance
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings including a background check
