Job Summary
Conduct account analysis of products and customer relationships, including profit/loss modules and risk assessments. Manage operations for CDARS and ICS programs, handling account openings, closings, maintenance, and monthly statements while acting as the primary contact. Assist with developing business proposals and process refund requests, making recommendations to the Treasury Services Officer. Provide customer service to internal sales teams and external clients regarding services such as Remote Deposit Capture, Online Banking, ACH, and Wire transfers. Design reports to track services, prepare quarterly top depositor reports, and monitor the CIP and Missing Documents Log.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with an emphasis in a business curriculum
- Some college or degree preferred
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience in related positions
- Proficient reading, writing, grammar, mathematics, and analytical skills
- Proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills
- Proficient PC skills including word processing, data entry, and spreadsheets
- Ability to exercise sound judgment regarding routine matters and know when to escalate issues
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach with hands or arms, use hands to manipulate objects, handle or feel, and lift items weighing 20 lbs. or less
- Visual, auditory and speaking skills
- Valid driver's license
