Treasury Services Specialist I provides support for Treasury Service products (ACH, Wire Transfers, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, Lock Box, Online Banking) and serves as a primary customer contact for Treasury Services. Daily duties include processing and validating Treasury Service products, setting up online banking profiles, maintaining knowledge of systems, training bank staff on Treasury Services features, and ensuring security, privacy, and regulatory compliance. Role involves occasional travel for training and team meetings and may include work in a Midland office to support internal and external customers.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree or equivalent banking experience
