Job Summary
Open new and maintain existing business deposit accounts by collecting documents, conducting due diligence, and performing risk reviews. Support business and government banking relationship managers with onboarding, digital banking, and cash management services across phone, email, and video channels. Manage ACH, RDC, and wire limits, including initial establishment, annual renewals, and maintenance. Develop customized on-demand reports for the business deposit portfolio and ensure adherence to bank compliance, KYC requirements, and risk management policies. Coordinate with core provider support for service requests and assist in compiling RFPs, presentations, and proposals. Identify cross-sale opportunities to deepen client relationships and participate in bank projects as a subject matter expert.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or 3 years' experience in a business banking environment
- Proficient in all aspects of cash management products and systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to detect and resolve problems
- Make decisions which are appropriate and consistent with the situation
- Self-motivated, able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- High degree of confidentiality required
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to follow directions
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 25lbs
- Consistently operates a computer and other office equipment such as calculator, copy machine and printers
- Must express or exchange ideas with co-workers, customers and vendors
- Successfully pass technical and regulatory examinations by the Company
- Ensure compliance with State, Federal, and Bank Policy
Desired Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Bank's applications supporting customer information preferred
