Job Summary
Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial clients via phone or email to support day-to-day servicing needs for treasury products, loans, and deposits. Develop relationships proactively to identify solutions and improve client experience by understanding expectations and responding with urgency to all inquiries. Prepare and coordinate customer documentation, including account and user profile management within UMB Direct, while implementing incremental new Treasury Management Products. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client needs, set clear deliverable expectations, and identify opportunities for clients to self-serve. Complete special projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- 5+ years proven customer service experience
- any combination of education and experience that would provide an equivalent background preferably in banking or financial services
- Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround requests
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Effective time management skills

- resolution based problem solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as in team environments
- Good interpersonal and networking skills to work with other internal areas
- Knowledge and understanding of Cash Management products and services, including but not limited to, Online Banking platforms, ACH, Wire and Bank Operations
