Job Summary
Treasury Senior Manager responsible for full spectrum corporate treasury ops including liquidity management, capital markets, and FP&A alignment; lead banking and investment relationships; manage cash flow forecasts; optimize working capital; oversee treasury operations, SOX controls, and governance; support debt/credit facilities and potential share repurchase; contribute to strategic finance initiatives and cross-functional projects; requires 6–10 years treasury experience, strong cash management and forecasting skills, knowledge of SOX and internal controls, and ability to operate in a fast-paced, publicly traded company environment. This role is remote within the United States or based in the Oakland office; compensation ranges across tiers with annual bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
