Job Summary
Senior Treasury Sales Officer responsible for growing treasury revenue across a portfolio of Large Corporate TMT clients, partnering with Corporate Bankers, Liquidity, Payments and Receivables, Trade, Card and Foreign Exchange partners to develop customized treasury solutions that meet client objectives. Focus on growth of new and underpenetrated relationships and expansion of existing relationships with a consultative selling approach and deep client engagement. Own the end-to-end GPS client strategy, including wallet capture, pricing discipline and market-fit strategy. Lead revenue growth, profitability, client planning, portfolio development, pricing strategy, and proposal/presentation development/delivery. Serve as a trusted advisor to Treasurer and CFO level stakeholders. Lead, coach, and develop Treasury Sales Analysts, Treasury Sales Officers, and Treasury Sales Client Officers in day-to-day client deliverables. Maintain regular client interactions through on-site or virtual meetings, industry conferences, and client events. Travel up to 50% with on-site client engagements and collaboration across enterprise partners.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in banking, treasury and/or financial services
- Ability to Travel between up to 50% of time including long day and some overnight travel
- Demonstrated track record of direct, comprehensive treasury management sales experience
- Proven ability to identify, analyze, and clearly articulate payment flows and associated risks across complex and higher risk client segments
- Strong relationship building capability, with a history of fostering trusted partnerships internally and establishing credible, authentic rapport with senior client stakeholders
- Ability to operate effectively as a senior individual contributor while also serving as a highly collaborative member of a close knit, performance driven team
- Broad and deep knowledge of global treasury management products, services, and industry trends
