Job Summary
Manage Middle Market client portfolios by retaining and growing existing revenue while seeking opportunities to deepen treasury solutions through direct phone and web-based calling. Coordinate complex Request for Proposal processes, build partnerships with key client decision-makers, and deliver integrated treasury solutions that address strategic and tactical needs. Develop data-driven insights and presentations to reduce risk, improve working capital, and digitize payments, while maintaining pricing and ensuring accurate billing for all products and services. Complete account and portfolio business reviews to identify process inefficiencies and cross-sell opportunities, responding to client and partner requests in a timely manner. Work in a hybrid junior sales/treasury associate role with 10% travel, reporting to Treasury Sales teams.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of prior treasury sales experience
- Ability to travel 10% of the time
Desired Qualifications
- B.S. or B.A. in finance, accounting, management, or another undergraduate degree
- Product and financial acumen
- Ability to interact with and influence people internally and externally by expert use of verbal and written communication and through strong presentation skills
- Ability to read and leverage data to proactively identify trends and opportunities
- Strong ability to organize, prioritize and balance multiple sales activities
- A deep understanding of bank structure and the operational aspects of global cash management products and services
- Understanding of and adherence to risk guidelines to proficiently identify, manage and escalate risk to grow the business responsibly
- Passionately curious, courageous, knowledge of bank network and effective business partnering
