Job Summary
Treasury Sales Associate in Commercial Banking collaborates with the Treasury Management Officer (TMO) on client proposals to identify Treasury solutions, develops relationship materials and client research, analyzes cash management objectives, coordinates with product partners on comprehensive solutions, assesses competitors’ products, and supports the sales cycle from pipeline management to pricing and billing accuracy, with a goal to develop into an individual sales contributor. Requires a Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of treasury/banking experience; strong MS Office skills; emphasis on relationship building, pricing, and implementation support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Three+ years’ relevant banking and treasury experience
- Time management, organizational and planning skills with proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to mobilize internal networks and resources
- Ability to understand Treasury Solutions products, pricing philosophy, and billing process and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
- Ambition to develop into an individual sales contributor
