Job Summary
Treasury Sales Associate in Commercial Banking collaborates with the Treasury Management Officer on client proposals to identify Treasury solutions, perform cost/benefit analysis and pricing, develop relationship materials, and manage the sales cycle from pipeline development to pricing and billing accuracy. Responsibilities include coordinating with product partners to develop comprehensive Treasury solutions, understanding clients' cash management structures, supporting implementation and ramp-up, and leveraging internal networks to achieve portfolio growth and new sales targets. Requires a Bachelor's Degree, 3+ years in banking/treasury, strong communication, multitasking, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; growth into more senior Treasury roles is anticipated.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Three+ years’ relevant banking and treasury experience
- Time management, organizational and planning skills with proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to mobilize internal networks and resources
- Ability to understand Treasury Solutions products, pricing philosophy, and billing process and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
- Ambition to develop into an individual sales contributor
