Job Summary
Vice President in the Advanced Treasury Analytics (ATA) team in Chicago. Leads the ATA Chicago team, develops advanced treasury analytics, collaborates with cross-functional teams, analyzes market trends and regulatory changes, mentors junior staff, and provides actionable insights to senior management. Requires 6+ years in banking/financial services, Python, and cloud platforms (Databricks/Snowflake); familiarity with regulatory requirements and financial modeling; advanced degree preferred (MSc). Must be authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship offered.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years’ experience in banking or financial services with a strong quantitative background
- Experience in treasury analytics or similar roles
- Solid product knowledge across corporate treasury or wholesale banking products
- Proficiency in Python programming
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communicator and collaborator across diverse teams
- Mentoring and developing junior talent
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Ability to analyze market trends and regulatory changes and provide actionable insights
- Ability to prepare and present updates to senior management and stakeholders
- Experience working with large data sets and state-of-the-art tools
- Advanced degree such as MSc in Mathematical Finance, Financial Engineering, or related field
