Treasury Relationship Manager II

Job Summary

Generate new leads through outbound calls, emails, networking, and in-person meetings while building strong relationships with small to medium-sized business clients in the Central Valley. Manage higher-value deposit and treasury portfolios, engaging clients in consultative discussions to recommend complex solutions including payments, digital banking, and cash management services. Utilize CRM systems to track interactions and monitor client activity for cross-selling opportunities, ensuring all activities adhere to compliance and risk management policies. Mentor junior staff and collaborate with internal partners to optimize service delivery, representing the bank in community events and business functions. Travel up to 75% of the time for client visits, sales presentations, and industry conferences. Requires local residency in Fresno County, Southern California, or Northern California's Easy Bay market.

Required Qualifications

  • Local residency within Fresno County
  • Residency in Southern California and established in the market
  • Residency in Northern California and established in the Easy Bay market
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • 5-7 years of in commercial banking, business development or sales role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of commercial banking products and services
  • Strong understanding of federal compliance regulations
  • Current driver's license
  • Vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage

  • Relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, or related) for Bachelor's degree
