Job Summary
The Treasury Relationship Manager I-III (TRM) develops, manages, and expands commercial banking relationships within designated markets. Responsibilities include generating new leads, fostering client relationships, and utilizing CRM systems to manage interactions. The role requires a thorough understanding of commercial banking products and the ability to negotiate tailored treasury solutions. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication and relational skills, with a focus on achieving individual and departmental sales goals. Mentoring junior Relationship Managers and contributing to market strategies are also key responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred; relevant field preferred (e.g., Business, Finance, or related)
- Minimum 3–10 years of related experience in banking, business development, or a relevant industry
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) required
- Demonstrated ability to cross-sell and explain all products and services with confidence and authority
- Knowledge of commercial banking products and services as well as strong understanding of federal compliance regulations required
- Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail
- Strong teamwork and relationship skills to lead collaborative efforts and drive results across teams
Additional Requirements
- Must reside in Southern California.
- Current driver’s license and a vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage if required to drive while performing assigned duties and responsibilities.
