Treasury Product Controller- Senior Associate

Job Summary
Lead capital and liquidity reporting for all Consumer & Community Banking lines of business (Home Lending, Card Services, Banking and Wealth Management, Chase Auto). Deliver key regulatory reports such as RWA (Standardized/Advanced/Basel III Endgame), SLR, LCR, FR 2052a, NSFR, and Dodd-Frank Regulation YY ILST. Coordinate with Controllers, Corporate Treasury, Basel Measurement & Analytics, Capital & Liquidity Management, and other groups on regulatory changes and senior management deliverables. Identify and drive strategic and technology initiatives to enhance Treasury reporting processes; become a subject matter expert on Basel rules and regulatory policies, serving as a point of contact for policy interpretation. Promote a robust control environment and foster continuous improvement within the team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in financial reporting, regulatory reporting, treasury, or balance sheet management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel (pivot tables, xlookup, macros) and PowerPoint
- Experience with Tableau, Alteryx, Snowflake, or Databricks and working with large datasets
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with a track record of execution
- Self-starter with strong work ethic and interpersonal skills; thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Control mindset, proactive approach, ability to challenge the status quo, and manage multiple work streams
- Excellent communication and partnering skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior management
