Key responsibilities include assisting clients in utilizing services like Business Online Banking and Cash Management Products, improving processes for client enhancement, collaborating with the Treasury Operations team for innovation, and providing exceptional, responsive service. Essential skills include a minimum of 5 years in banking operations, technology proficiency (especially in Microsoft Office), adaptability, a growth mindset, and a positive attitude.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in back-office banking operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Positive attitude towards challenges
- Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours
