Job Summary
Lead treasury and banking operations for a real estate portfolio, owning relationships with banking partners, managing bank accounts across entities, overseeing treasury services such as Positive Pay, wire transfers, and ACH, and delivering liquidity reporting. Collaborate with accounting and operations to strengthen controls, improve processes, and support day-to-day treasury activities in a fully remote role within a stable, growth-oriented organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
- 5+ years of experience in treasury, cash management, banking operations, or accounting
- Experience managing banking relationships and treasury-related activities
- Strong knowledge of banking platforms, treasury services, and banking products
- Experience within the Property Management industry preferred
- Experience working with Yardi
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
