Treasury Operations Analyst

Treasury Operations Analyst responsible for day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, and trading activities, as well as issue resolution. Collaborates with multiple bank teams to align and integrate operational processes, identifies areas for improvement, develops and implements procedures and controls to mitigate risks, and prepares reports/presentations on operational performance for senior stakeholders. Leads and supervises a team when leadership responsibilities exist, guides technical expertise within the function, partners with other business areas, and ensures adherence to relevant rules, regulations, and Barclays values (Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence, Stewardship) and the Barclays Mindset (Empower, Challenge, Drive). The role emphasizes delivering high-quality work, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining robust risk controls in banking operations.
