Job Summary
Treasury Manager to lead development and maintenance of global credit policies, assess global creditworthiness, manage credit limits and collections, oversee treasury operations including cash disbursements and wire transfers, and support risk management and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include establishing global credit policies, analyzing financials for credit decisions, monitoring aging and bad debt reserves, collaborating with legal, sales, and customer service, preparing regular credit metrics reports, ensuring regulatory compliance, guiding global credit and collection teams, and forecasting insurance costs with local sites. Requires Bachelor's degree and strong experience in credit management, financial analysis, and cross-functional collaboration; advanced Excel and ERP/financial reporting tool proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in credit management, preferably within a global corporation
- Strong understanding of financial analysis, credit risk assessment, and collections strategies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with stakeholders
- Knowledge of international credit laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Proficiency in relevant software and financial tools for efficient credit management
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel; ERP systems experience and financial reporting systems experience preferred
