Job Summary
Manage daily cash operations, liquidity, and debt management while designing and modernizing banking infrastructure and treasury management systems. Build short-term cash flow forecasts, automate workflows, and administer global banking portals to streamline processes across the organization. Partner with internal stakeholders to execute treasury projects from conception to completion, ensuring optimal liquidity positioning and compliance. Requires 5+ years of treasury experience, proficiency in TMS and ERPs, and advanced financial modeling skills. Visa sponsorship not available.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in banking or treasury areas
- Proficiency with modern banking portals, treasury management systems (TMS) and working experience with ERPs (e.g. Oracle, SAP or Netsuite) in Treasury-related areas
- Exceptional proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, with a proven track record of building sophisticated, scalable, and automated financial models that turn complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Strong data literacy
- Hands-on experience working with data architecture, including querying with SQL and navigating data warehouses like Snowflake
- Proven experience taking this raw information and turning it into actionable insights
- A resilient, strategic builder and clear communicator
- Distinct passion for creating order out of ambiguity
- Resourceful, practical approach to problem-solving
- Analytical critical thinking to balance immediate needs with long-term vision
- Ability to effortlessly articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to verify identity and eligibility to work
- Completion of employment eligibility verification
- Pass an export compliance assessment as a condition of employment in any global location
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in banking, finance/accounting operations and/or FP&A areas
- General working knowledge of AI tools such as Gemini, Claude or OpenAI
- Prior experience within a sponsor-owned private company or the technology sector
