Treasury Manager

Manage daily, weekly, and long-term cash forecasting and liquidity planning while optimizing cash positioning across domestic and international accounts. Oversee cash concentration, pooling, and intercompany funding structures, and maintain global banking relationships to negotiate fees and services. Manage bank account structures, signatory controls, and KYC documentation, ensuring SOX compliance and strong internal controls. Support debt compliance, covenant monitoring, lender reporting, and financing transactions while maintaining debt schedules. Identify and manage FX, interest rate, and counterparty risks, and oversee treasury systems and payment platforms. Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, and external institutions to ensure efficient operations. Bachelor's degree required with 5-7 years of treasury experience; CPA, CFA, or CTP a plus.
